Market chairman celebrates Gov. Soludo's monumental two years in office

The chairman, New market Road/Sokoto Road Traders Association, Hon N. Dr Emeka Mbachu and his executives, in a heartfelt expression of pride and joy, extended warmest congratulations to the Executive Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Charles Chukwuma Soludo and his deputy, Dr. Onyekachukwu Ibezim, as they celebrated their two years in office Sunday.
Speaking, Hon. Mbachu said that this period marks a significant chapter in the annals of Anambra's journey towards achieving a livable and prosperous state, underpinned by the visionary leadership of Governor Soludo.
In his commemorative message, the market chairman lauded Governor Soludo as the embodiment of the aspirations, prayers of the people of Anambra state and a veritable angel sent to shepherd the state into an era of unprecedented growth and development.
According to Mbachu, "Prof. Soludo's tenure, bugodi eight years ndi Anambra state. We have to thank God for giving us a person like Soludo who vowed to improve on the living condition of the people."
"He has put in place water tight security, did about 240 kms of road in two years, employed 8000 teachers, 1000 medical personnel, created employment opportunity for youths through one youth two skills initiative, gave free education up to post primary three, gave free medical treatment to pregnant mothers, among others."
"The issue of touting has become a thing of the past except for those who want to continue in their criminal act until they are caught and made to face the wrath of the law," the market chairman stated.
