Anambra 2025:  Ochanja market, ASMATA inaugurate Soludo campaign team

In her bid to ensure second tenure of Governor Charles Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State, come 2025 gubernatorial election, the leadership of Ochanja Central Market, Onitsha, in collaboration and directive of Anambra State  Markets Amalgamated Traders' Association, ASMATA, Thursday inaugurated a five-man Soludo campaign team.

Inaugurating the team at the market hall, the chairman of the market, Chief Bonaventure Muo, paid glowing tribute to the ASMATA Ptesident General, PG, Chief Humphrey Anuna, for making the formation of the campaign team possible adding  that the essence of the inauguration was to return Governor Soludo for second tenure stating that he has achieved in two years what successive administrations were not able to achieve.


Hear  him, "APGA is stronger now because of Soludo, the governor has done a lot to the people such that I don't experience traffic gridlock now but formerly I will spend hours in the hold up just to get to the market from my house".

" Now that campaign team has been inaugurated, the coordinator, Hon Obinna should carry every member of the team along to ensure that Governor Soludo is delivered for second tenure," Chief Muo charged the coordinator.

Also speaking, the former chairman of the market, Chief Edwin Chukwudebelu, disclosed that nobody has been able to achieve what the incumbent chairman has achieved in the market adding that Soludo and the traders in the market are happy with the chairman for what he has done.


In his own contribution, former vice chairman, Chief Gilbert Amadi, pleaded that because of the achievements of Chief Muo, government should extend his tenure.

The market chairman listed the names of the members of the campaign team to include, Hon. Obinna Maduka-chairman/coordinator, Hon. Okwudili Anibogu-youth leader, Hon. John Ogbuagu-PRO, Mrs kate Ekpechi-Woman leader, and Hon. Mrs Charity Udobuzo,-secretary
