Police Commissioner Lauds Anambra Judiciary

The Commissioner of Police in Anambra State, CP Aderemi Adeoye has applauded Anambra State judiciary for being alive to it responsibility to society.

In a statement which signed by the Anambra State Police Public Relation Officer (PPRO), DSP Tochukwu Ikenga and made available to journalists, he expounded that the CP Adeoye made the remark when he was informed that total of 34 suspects arraigned for cultisim  and other related offences were remanded on the order of Court.

” He observed that what has  militated against effort to curb crime in the past was the ease with which crime suspects find their way back to society to commit more crimes even while trial in previous ones were ongoing”

The Police image maker equally noted that the CP Adeoye recalled his meeting with the State Attorney General and Commissioner for justice who has been steadfast in lending support to ensure smooth dispensation of Justice.

He continued saying, ” The Commissioner of Police noted that with the cooperation, the Command is receiving from critical stakeholders, the war against  crime will be won and Anambra State will soon become investment destination of choice
