Awka- Anambra State House of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Awka today being 29th Septmber, 2023 declared Hon Justice Azuka of Labour Party as the rightful winner of Onitsha North 1 State Constituency.
In delivering the Judgement, The three Man panel declared Justice Azuka as the rightful winner of the Election conducted on 16th March, 2023.
They mandated INEC to withdraw certificate of Return issued to Hon Douglas Egbuna of PDP with immediate effect.
