Dayspring Tender Academy, a Mission primary school owned by UniFaith Living Church located at Ogidi in Anambra held its 15th graduation ceremony yesterday amid visiting visiting clerics and community leaders with a calling for strong family building by Bishop John Rich Ubah who chaired the occasion. Among the visiting clerics and community leaders were Bishop John Rich Ubah and Archbishop Mike Chukwudum who was the father of the day.
Others include the President General of Ogidi town union Chief Anumlili Okoye Ikwuka former President General Obosi town union Chaplain General Dan Igbokwubili Obi and Convener Divine Illumination Global Outreach Evangelist Theo Rays among others. The Chairman Bisho Ubah in his opening remark pointed out that the good society being yearned for is a product of good family building, thus effort should be channeled by teachers, pastors, public intellectuals, parents and guardians to build a strong family by building the children into good characters and behavior.
According to him, "it is easier to build a child than to repair an adult and in Nigeria today we have adulterated adults and that is why we are facing poor leadership and corruption. But the society is a product of the families because everybody in the society is from a family including the president, the governors, billionaires and millionaires, as well as criminals such as cultists, kidnappers and armed robbers. It is left for us to build the kind of society we want by positioning our children towards greater heights. Bisho Rich who is the Presiding Bishop of Go Harvest Kingdom Centre, Obosi and also the International Chaplain Corps Commandant General commended the efforts being put by the proprietor of the Dayspring Tender Care in ensuring that the Ogidi based school is measuring up with the required standard of learning as obtainable in the modern society urging the parents to emulate the efforts of the proprietor Bishop Norman Okeorimili in building good families that translate into good society
Also speaking, the father of the day Archbishop Chukwudum who the International President of Anambra Indigenous Pentecostal Ministers Association (AIPMA) and State Overseer of Anambra State chapter of Charismatic Bishop Conference of Nigeria (CBCN) declared that Dayspring Tender Academy is a Mission school which has acquired all it takes to be listed among the Mission schools in Anambra State commending the efforts of the proprietor in mustering all it takes to build the school.
According to the AIPMA boss who is also the Founder/Overseer of Rock of Fire Global Mission, "a school built by the Church is a Mission school therefore Dayspring Tender Academy is hereby declared a Mission school". He prayed God to continue to strengthen the school with good teachers who are committed to offering quality service to the pupils and with massive enrolment of pupils advising that the declaration of the school as a Mission one is expected to motivate both proprietor and the teachers to work harder.
In his word the President General Ogidi town union Chief Ikwuka appreciated the efforts of the proprietor in mustering what it takes to sustain the school for good 15years running most importantly making quality basic education accessible and affordable for the children around the conner adding that the town union will always encourage private establishments that are impacting positively on the people of Ogidi community.
Earlier in his address, the proprietor and presiding Bishop of UniFaith Living Church Bishop Norman Okeorimili thanks for granting the Church the strength to run the school adding that it has been 15years of good story of making positive impact on the children through quality education service with fear of God, discipline and hard work with good teachers that are dedicated to giving their best for their job.
Also in her address, the head teacher Dame Claranorman Akuadi Okeorimili said in an address read by Evangel Chikeora that she is grateful to God because according to her the school is living up its mission "to give light" and the light is conspicuously reflecting in the growth of the school and quality education being offered to the pupils in the school from pre nursery to basic six. While congratulating the graduating pupils, she called on parents to enrol their children for admission for the coming term billed to take off in September.
