By Nzekwe Chidi, Awka

On Friday 9th June,2023, a doomsday was hatched at Ugbenu Magistrate Court against entire NULGE Anambra State as some unscrupulous elements led by one Comr. Chikwelu Adigwe deceived an Honourable court into granting an order for unfettered access into Anambra State NULGE fund.

CTC of the shambolic court order obtained by Chikwelu adigwe  on the 9/6/23.

Chikwelu Adigwe, A.C Okoro, Ikem Nwankwo (last Kobo), Nnamdi Nweke & Uche Nworah with this malicious court order proceeded to Fidelity Bank Awka  with the intention of persuading the bank to divert Over ₦50million Anambra NULGE fund into another personal Bank account they opened at Zenith Bank. This comes after several attempt to have unfettered access into NULGE funds have failed woefully.

They threatened thunder and brimstone on the Bank manager if he fails to immediately release the entire NULGE funds into his Zenith Bank account.

Following intervention by the law abiding State President of NULGE Anambra State Comr. Chuddy Orakwue, the fraudulent order by Chikwelu and cohorts was vacated by the same court on the 22nd of June,2023.

It is therefore worthy to note that Anambra State NULGE under Comr. Chuddy Orakwue KSJ will not rest in its doers at defending and protecting the overall interest of Local Government workers against marauders feasting on the sweat of fellow Comrades at this challenging time our workers are Cash trapped due to fuel price hike, electricity and other unfavourable economic policies of the Federal Government.

Comr. Chuddy Orakwue encouraged workers to maintain peace and remain steadfast with the assurances that the current NULGE under his watch is committed to overseeing for the welfare of workers at the grass-root.
