With less than one day to the Governorship and House of Assembly elections billed for tomorrow, Saturday, the chairman of Old Mercedes Spare parts market, Nkpor, Idemili North Local Government Area, Anambra State, Mr. Sunday Okonkwo, said Friday, that the traders would give 100 per cent votes to All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, for providing infrastructures to the market.
He said that, "Our market is APGA market, APGA has done a lot of things in this market such that we will give it 100 per cent of our votes. It was APGA government that built our garage, provided the security motor and installed the overhead tank in the market.
"Recall that in the last election we delivered the market votes to APGA and this time as one of the most peaceful markets in the State, we will repeat the same feat. Soludo is the man of the moment.
"We supported Peter Obi and Willie Obiano when they were the governors of the State. Now it is the turn of Soludo, we must do to him what we did to his predecessors, by voting en masse for the House of Assembly APGA candidates, for a better Anambra State," he posited.
Also reacting, the Public Relations Officer, PRO of the market, Mr. Ositadinma Amamchukwu, stated that APGA dominance is the talk of the town now to enable Soludo intensify his infrastructural development of the State.
"On 25 February, we scored up to 90 per cent of our votes for APGA in the polling units in the market and this time around we will give APGA 100 per cent because of the achievements of Governor Soludo to the State. APGA remains the best in terms of leadership, quote me," he boasted.
